Where to start? Well basically, I used to design for Andover Fabrics and I had a quilt pattern business, Bee Creative Studio, I started back in 1999. Wow, that was a long time ago, even seems strange to type it.
After a two-year hiatus, centered around my father’s cancer diagnoses and passing, I was basically faced with starting over professionally. In 2012-2013, I closed Bee Creative Studio, ended my design relationship with Andover, sold off much of the inventory, and house I worked and lived in.
My husband Paul and I were in search of a simpler life, where we could make the most of each day, and have time with our friends and family. We moved to a cute little house in Rochester, about eight houses from Paul’s brother’s family, and I fulfilled my longtime dream of having a studio to pursue painting full-time. Over the years, I’ve received many requests from quilters to make their favorite patterns available on-line. The fabrics designed for Andover are out of print and no longer available. I do not have fabric to sell.
